发邮件界面：http://xxxxxxx:8182/api/mail/send.html  
接口：http://xxxxxxx:8182/api/mail/send  
请求方式：post  
必选参数：to  //邮件接收人（多个邮箱则用逗号","隔开）  
        subject //邮件主题  
        text  //邮件内容  
非必选参数：cc  //抄送（多个邮箱则用逗号","隔开）  
          bcc //密送（多个邮箱则用逗号","隔开） 
          html //支持发送html文本（默认为true，不支持可选false） 
          multipartFiles //邮件附件  
发件人from：默认选中 yanbingquan@aggrx.com
