这是从v4l2-utils里提取出来的，交叉编译到海思3518E上的 适用于其他平台。


this program is outof v4l2-util,which is so heavy and buggy.hard to compile on cross platform.

I cut it down from it.

build:
just change the build.sh
change the toolchain to your own.
