一个精简的串口示波器，提供二次开发所需的基本元素

#### 软件架构
1. Class Widget 一个主界面

2. xxx Device 两个数据处理类
- DataSourceDevice 用于从串口更新数据 
- XYSeriesIODevice 用于组织数据以实现动态波形 

#### 界面

- 上方 波形显示
- 下左 数据显示
- 下右 暂停按键
