The core micro-core primitives (`atoms/corekern`), daemon services, security framework (`cupolas`), memory engine (`heapstore` / `memoryrovol`), and cognition loop (`coreloopthree`) are reused between the user-space runtime (`agentrt`) and the OS-level kernel (agentrt-linux).
