OCP-Telco-Open_3GPP_RU Evenstar

The first contribution in this repo is from the Meta Evenstar OpenRAN compatible Radio Unit (RU) development effort.
This RU is open, and features an open hardware design with modularity in RF banding, advanced 
design of RF stages for a 3GPP 4G/5G 4TX4RX, 8TX/8RX, and foundations for massive MIMO and includes high efficiency Power Amplifier chain, 
Passive Inter Modulation (PIM) reduction, and other features. 

Currently this contibution is in maintenance mode and the workstream is actively developing a next generation open platform for RU.
